This guide provides the steps required to configure Single-Sign On authentication via Okta:
This integration will allow you to let learners login with the same credentials they use to access your systems.
By providing learners with course or group enrollment links, they will be granted access to the courses you’ve assigned. This option offers complete control of who has access to your school.
The following pricing packages are required in order to have access to Single-Sign On options: Premium, Unlimited, Pay as you Grow.
Configuration in SchoolKeep
Click on Account in the top navigation bar and select School Settings.
Click on the Authentication tab.
Review the options in the modal and click Continue.
Select Shared Accounts from the dropdown.
Select Just SSO or SSO + Provisioning
Enter your identity provider single sign-on url:
Enter your identity provider issuer:
Enter your X.509 certificate:
Enter the URL you would like learners to be taken to after they sign out from SchoolKeep:
If you had selected SSO + Provisioning in step 7, add your API key to take advantage of Provisioning:
Step 13 (Optional)
Choose a default group. If a default group is selected, then all learners who access the school will be added into the default group and gain access to the courses within the default group. Click here to learn more about managing course access.
Get started sharing links to your school. Anyone with an account in your system will be able to authenticate upon visiting your school. Learners will only see the courses that they have been granted access to. Click here to learn more about managing course access.
